Tabitha Roberts Owner and Principle Planner
After growing up in Richmond and attending East Carolina University in N.C, I formed a deep fried love for all things southern inspired! Drinks in mason jars, Lilly Pulitzer, sweet country accents (just listen to my hubby!), and anything plaid or polka dotted! I proudly sport a VERY large collection of koozies that many people know keep chilled my Diet Dr Pepper habit.
After meeting the love of my life in college we went and got hitched in Richmond surrounded by our friends and family. We also became the proud owners of two amazingly sweet Rescue Dogs from the Washington Humane Society, and I tell ya, they will steal your heart!! I heart fancy takes on a traditional appetizer and trying out new fresh restaurants in the area.
My favorite part of planning an event is showing the finished product to my client before anyone else sees it. Their faces are always priceless and its total job satisfaction. I also am so lucky to love what I do for a living and seeing a happy client truly is the icing on the cake at the end of a long event!
About Roberts & Co. Events
After moving into the D.C region over 4 years ago, I decide to push Roberts & Co. Events off the ground and have had a wonderful ride thus far! Combining years of Floral Design experience, creative Visual Merchandising education, and private event planning history together has provided with the base to begin what would later become our successful Event Design & Planning business.
The best part is that I am able to own a company that I LOVE and with each client comes new possibilities, challenges, and rewards. I work hard to treat each client like family and to make sure that at the end of their event they are happy, stress free, and were able to enjoy the party!! Our philosophy is to make sure that not only our clients enjoy the event, but their guests walk away happy, full, and tired from a great party.
